Making my CV- Joe wicks

I have looked at a variety of different universities which have courses based on IT and Sheffield Hallam University seems to fit my interests as it includes business and IT. This is perfect for me as my Dad also works in business and IT being one of the managers of his company which is called Safety Clean and when I am 18 I will be able to apply there, however If I want a better job role I will try and get into a university, pass my course their and then apply for different jobs. I have improved my attendance since the first week as I wasn't attending college due to illness and improving my attendance has also allowed me to catch up on work in different classes. However I want my attendance to be at least 95% by the end of the year because college set that target for every student and I will try to achieve this and hopefully I will not have another day off in this term and I will try my best to not have another day off during college time because it could effect the quality of my work. Having a good attendance will also help me meet my deadlines quicker, therefore this is one of my biggest overall targets. I have achieved this target because I said I wanted to improve my attendance which I have and I said I didn't want another day off once I set this target and I haven't so I have achieved this target, but still need to work towards the 95% mark.

I set a target for myself to have a part time job by the 16/11/17 as I set this target on the 16/10/17 which would give me a month. I wanted work experience in an IT based department however my brother has offered me a part time job as a laborer which helps me earn more money for driving and saving up for a car which helps me have a greater chance of applying at jobs which are further away. Although being a laborer isn't an IT based job I have helped my brother order different materials using the computer and as I already stated I wanted to do this in my personal development plan. However I haven't achieved my personal target because I didn't gain work experience in an IT based department completely therefore I must keep applying for other IT jobs to gain some experience and learn different skills in the workplace.

I have booked my driving theory test for November as I stated I would in my personal development plan, and if I pass that it gives me a year to pass it however I want to have passed my practical exam by late December at the least. I have been revising for roughly a month so I am feeling confident for my theory exam, and if I pass both my theory and practical it will create more opportunities for work experience as I will be able to travel once I get a car. However I did not achieve my target because I didn't pass my driving theory therefore I will have to book in again for it.

In my personal development plan I said I wanted to earn more money which I have done as I've been working with my brother which has already allowed me to pay for twelve hours, and now I have paid for another 12 hours, which will lead up to December which was my target to pass, so if I do well in my lessons I will be able to take my test as I wanted in December., therefore I have achieved my target of earning more money to help my driving.

I have achieved my target as I completed my CV on the 15/10/17 and my target was to complete it on the 16/10/17. I have made amendments to where I needed to as I got advice from different people, and I have collected two references and printed out 20 copies so I can start to hand them out at different work places which will help me fulfill another target which is work experience. I have also applied for a job in Wilkinson's due to making and updating my CV.
